I am the founder, senior physiotherapist and community educator at Body Co. I founded Body Co after the birth of my daughter to combine my passion for optimizing the health of busy families with the flexibility of parenting my own two small children. 

I am deeply passionate about helping other mothers build the strong, confident bodies they need to live the extraordinary lives they deserve. Over my 18 years in practice, I have helped thousands of women, just like you and me, find the best physical version of themselves so they can show up and live life to their fullest potential.
