LIVE MASTERCLASS: Learn From The Founders of The Teen Collective
The 5 Most Awkward Conversations You Will Have With Your Teen and How to Handle Them

LIVE MASTERCLASS:

April 22nd OR April 27th @ 7 PM EST
We will let you in on their top health concerns including
feeling body-shamed on social media, worrying about their first period and more.

We love inspiring and empowering teens to make healthy choices.

We know they are curious about their bodies and their health. Sometimes those conversations can be challenging and awkward.

Here is what we also know to be true:

1. Parents want their teens to feel comfortable talking to them but need the tools and education to  have conversations that have impact.

2. Teens want to feel supported by their families even as they exert their independence.

3. Giving both teens and parents a common knowledge base and language significantly increases the likelihood of healthy decisions.

So Let's Give You The Tools To Have Those Conversations With Ease.

IN OUR LIVE MASTERCLASS YOU WILL LEARN
01
CONVERSATIONS TO ANTICIPATE
We do a lot of work with preteens and teens so we are pretty tapped into the conversations they hesitate to have with their parents. We will let you in on their top health concerns including feeling body shamed on social media, worrying about their first period and more, so you are prepared to unpack the difficult topics.
02
HOW TO UPLEVEL YOUR TEEN ACUMEN
The challenges our daughters' face are very different from the struggles we faced as teens. With massive changes in tech, physiology and social standards, many parents tell us they don't feel equipped for today's tough conversations. We will give you the essential knowledge you need to have an educated, fact based conversation with your preteen.
03
HOW TO CREATE A SAFE CONVERSATIONAL SPACE
A teen's brain development favours independence. We know that they will often lean into their friends and away from their parents on difficult subject matter. We will share the strategies and tips we use with our teen groups to help them feel comfortable (we actually have a ton of fun and a lot of laughs) and create a safe space that respects their physiology and comfort zone.

ABOUT YOUR SPEAKERS
For the last 18 years, I have built a clinical practice around helping women build strong, confident bodies. One thing I've learned from treating thousands of women is that the issues they face as adults could have been significantly lessened had they built strong foundations of health as teens.

I am passionate about helping girls and women feel empowered and fierce in their own skin so they can make healthy choices that will serve them for a lifetime.

I've spent the last 2 decades building a positive relationship with my own wellness and as a mother of a daughter, I'm excited to pass on my life's work to our next generation.

ABOUT YOUR SPEAKERS
I am on a mission to support teens and their families through building their foundations of health so that they can develop lasting resiliency.

When our teens and their families are supported we can thrive through this adolescent period and not just survive it; allowing our teens access to a full, happy and purposeful life.

As a teen I did not get the opportunity to build these foundations and therefore resiliency - I had to search it out on my own. It was difficult and trying for a young adult - so now I am here to use what I found to help teens launch into adulthood successfully.
